Bad app

Didn't work on my iPhone 7 - no sound at all !!

Thank you for purchasing My Coo Coo Clock and for your feedback. My Coo Coo Clock has a Settings page where you can turn the sounds On and Off. The default setting is OFF. Just open the My Coo Coo Clock app, press the gear shaped icon to open the Settings page and turn on the sounds. There are two sound switches, one for the "Clock Tic" and one for the "Coo Coo" or bird sound. Shows promise... needs more.

I was really hoping this app would be better. Disappointed that it doesn’t coo every hour on its own. The app apparently has to be open at the exact time. It sends a notification 1 min before the hour and wants you to open the app to hear the bird coo. I was wanting it to chime every hour on its own regardless on if the app was open on the phone at the time. (As an option that can be turned off when need be) so my phone could be across the room and I could hear the coo and know what time it is without looking at a device. I grew up with a coo coo clock in my home and the sounds from a coo coo clock are very soothing to me. I won’t delete the app as I’m hopeful that future updates will include this option especially as this is a paid app versus a free one. But it’s going in the unused file pile for now.

Well what can I say I'm rather disappointed in it if I'm honest! I've seen better for less... So if your thinking of getting a Coo Coo Clock I would keep looking! There's plenty of "Coo Coo Clocks" around there's plenty of room for improvement! When it does my ⭐️'s will go up it could be a great app with some up-grades it's too basic for me! Sorry if you were expecting better feedback or more ⭐️'s then this app has too be improved I'm giveing you an honest opinion of this app... I'm not gonna delete this app I'm gonna keep it n hope it's up-graded with better & more functions! In the info it states that it notifies you 1 minute b4 the hourly chime so you can open the app n Watch the little birdy sit on top of the clock saying "Coo Coo" if it notifies me 1 minute b4 the hourly chime why would I want too open the app just too see a bird going Coo Coo I mean why would I do that it would of already told me the time i.e. 1 minute b4 the hour!! I do hope you keep working on it as your heading in the right direction! Anyway keep up the good work n you never know my 2 ⭐️'s might just turn into 5 ⭐️'s too be honest this app is for say 5-6 year olds 🚬😎👍
