User reviews

Great app & great team

This app does exactly what I want. It gives a 5 day frost and weather warning forecast, and for a very reasonable cost I can add all my tender plants to it, giving me personalised warnings.
But I also really want to commend the development team. There was a minor bug with a badge notification failing to clear. I messaged them directly, got a personal reply within a couple of hours thanking me for reporting the bug. And I have just received a further email after a couple of weeks to let me know they just published an update that should solve the issue, which it does.
Great customer service and communication. Thank you!

Major bug on notifications

I installed this to try before buying, but there’s a major flaw with frost alerts. The notification says ‘high wind’ - not so much of a concern with new low bedding plants. Instead I have a heavy frost this morning that has probably killed quite a few of them. I thought I’d missed something, but this morning’s notification also warns of high wind, but if I actually go into the app the warning is of a frost tonight.

Response from developer

Really sorry about that! We found a bug in our code that caused the system to ignore frost alerts once a wind alert was triggered. We’ve fixed the issue, so you should now see both notifications whenever they occur.
