Very basic app for most users
Downloaded the app prior to taking delivery of my Bigster Hybrid Extreme and got excited with the prospect of being able to precondition the car. Disappointed this feature is hidden after sync-ing. Other makes offer this feature on their hybrids, why is it limited to Dacia EVs of which some models are not available in the UK. There’s not much on the app that is helpful otherwise, seems like a waste of time having it on my phone and registering.

Limited but works
The app works, which many manufacturers seem incapable of. Having said that the functionality is very limited, but most functions on other apps just are not worth having.

MY26 Jogger
Having recently purchased a MY26 Jogger I was curious to see what the new connected services had to offer. Whilst I understand that a lot of the features are aimed more towards Dacia electric vehicles it is nice to be able to see some information, such as overall mileage, fuel levels with remaining miles also. I have had issues with the Horn beep and Light flashing functions in which they absolutely refuse to work with an error every time I try and pointing me towards and FAQ with no mention of how to resolve the issue. The cars infotainment system also generates a QR code to link to the app to the car to unlock profiles which does not work as it points towards the My Renault app and not the My Dacia app. Overall for basically functionality it’s ok, what I would like though is an option to change the remaining fuel level from Gallons to Litres which funnily enough is shown on the preview photos for the app on the AppStore.

Once connected it’s easy to use. Sometimes connection and updated information can take a while.

The App fails alot to work Real time, and often shows a Lag.
Eventually seems to right itself but frustrating & makes tracking difficult.

Works when it wants. Connects to the home charger sometimes. Very unimpressive.
Spring
I have been using the app now for about a year , I find it very useful and enjoy using it , useful for checking where the car is and the mileage, starting the charging and setting programs , a good complement to the car
New to Dacia app
This app is so easy to use, it has kept me up to date regarding the delivery of my new car
It’s good but not great
It’s a good app for sure to use with the duster 3, but there are some drawbacks backs.
When selecting vehicle condition, it only displays the mileage and nothing else, I would like to see a lot more from this app but nope.
Another thing is on the car itself, it is connected and logged in and it says to scan a QR code, which I do and it just loads the app and does nothing else, maybe because it’s all signed in on the same thing? I am not sure but I cannot see anything to do with the car in my app, only what the car is. No stats, no journeys, no diagnosis, no tyre pressure, no force update for the car etc. it did however tell me an update will be due soon… not when but soon.. this is not helpful because updates are rolled out in batches and this popped up for me over half a year ago and still no update because I am on the same version.

Potential to be a great app
The app is mostly great with one bug I have though; the guide in tips and guides opens to a blank page and I have close the app to get rid of it. Would love to be able to use the app to lock/unlock car remotely, and pre-warm/cool the cabin remotely.

I have the Bigster, Petrol, the app does nothing, can't even get it to sound the horn, it should have a lick car facility on it, it does not, not worth having if you have a petrol car, don't thing it would be worth having if you had an electric ccar
Pratique et fluide
Dacia Sandero Stepway commandée le 14/03 et on attend depuis la livraison de la voiture avec impatience :) On peut suivre l’avancée de la commande c’est assez pratique même si le délai a été rallongé récemment il faut encore attendre environ un mois alors qu’il ne reste que l’étape transport c’est dommage que ça prenne autant de temps mais pas le choix malheureusement… Je n’ai pas encore pu tester les autres fonctionnalités de l’application qui a l’air plutôt fluide et bien conçue.

MY Dacia App
Im Grunde eine gute App in der man sämtliche Fahrzeug Daten ablesen kann. Vom Ladezustand bis hin zur nächsten Wartung. Außerdem kann man im Winter das Fahrzeug vorheizen oder im Sommer herunterkühlen vor dem Fahrantritt und den aktuellen Standort kann man auch abfragen. Leider hat es einige Probleme gegeben bis die App einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Mit Hilfe des Serviceteam und dem Autohaus funktioniert nun die App. Von daher gibt es nur 4 Sterne
