Too structured
I took a gamble and now regret my purchase. It is extremely structured and is more like a pulse meter that asks a bunch of questions as opposed to free form journaling.

Requires a subscription to use so it’s pointless downloading unless you want to gamble. It would be nice if there was any part of it so you can get a taste of what it actually offers but it has you enter all your info before telling you “you have to pay to use the app”
