Such a great alternative to a traditional guestbook and my guests loved getting to interact with it! The app even lets you try it for free before you buy it, which was a great bonus. Superb Customer Service!
I got this app for a big birthday banquet I was organizing. Though there were some ease of use problems, the customer service really surprised me! It most definitely exceeded my expectations as they put more care and effort in than many people I have hired in the past.
All email questions were replied to quickly and curtiously. Many of them were replied to within mins(!) by the owner, Daryl. Daryl took all my critical suggestions with a polite and professional tone, and helped me figure out all my issues. There were no "yes, we know", but more "thank you, and we are working on it". Over all, just very approachable!
The shining jewel was their extra effort. Though the software was limited in where to put the font, they hand adjusted it for me. They placed it in the best place possible WITHOUT ME ASKING! Additionally, they were willing to let me upload additional photos to pad the hardcopy. Daryl, worked with me to access my cloud and retrieve select photos. Then they again did the unexpected. They actually organize and optimied the arrangement! That is, they carefully arranged the photos and not just slapped them all together! They intermixed the digitally signed photos with the extra padded photos, and since some of the extra photos were different sizes, they organized them! 4 small ones, then one large retangular one on the bottom. They even grouped the photos by theme. Leaving the decoration photos to the end and the grand cake as an anchor!
I've paid professionals to do all kinds of work, but very few will help think for you! These guys do just that, and go the extra mile! GIVE THEM A TRY!

Awesome Guestbook!
This guestbook can be used for so many things! I used it for my sons first birthday it was so fun all the guests loved it. It is unique and different to have pictures and messages to look at instead of a boring book with a list of names! Amazing customer service. My sister in law will be using this for her upcoming wedding! I highly recommend this guestbook!!
