Seamless App ui design i recently connect to dishtv for new conection speed is vry fast 11 Am i booked a call and Intall at 6 pm same day its better service but app not working as per requirements

Multiple payment failures
UPI payment fails frequently, customer support team is clueless and not able to help. Complaint tracking in app DIY section also does not work. Wish Dish TV also focus on customer service rather then just offers.

Packages cannot be managed as per our convenience they have managed all options in such a way if you add all the requirements some how it will take you upto same amount. You cannot manage the channels properly and making payment through the app fails.

Major issues in dish tv combo section
Lot of issues in dish tv combo section, packages are keep on changing now showing only 1 package, curate more affordable HD packs in combo section, it’s very less selection for south India channels.
Poor service quality
Not able to view subscribed channels for quite a long period. Instead of contacting customer care for resetting the dish on 2 nd November 2025, no one has turned up till now. Decided to opt for local cable connection. Will recommend others not to opt for DishTV services.

I am tired from last six months , two times set top set top box replaced. Dish Tv not giving new set top box . Repaired used and problems continue.

I am very disappointed with the service after taking the connection. At the time of installation, your team promised me 3 [laugh channels / OTT apps — clarify if needed] would be provided, but till now nothing has been activated.
You also promised 5 OTT apps free for 1 year, but I have not received any update. Every time I contact customer care, I am not given proper information. One of your representatives even disconnected my call without resolving my issue.

How can a person use this when its taking a year to load
Channels to add & remove
When we go to options, for add& remove, only add option is accepted. It is inconvenient. To delete or remove channels, list of our already viewed channels to be appeared. Without present pack channels, how it is possible to remove or delete.
Horrible experience
Worst app. Not at all user friendly. Changing packs or adding channels is so difficult. App keeps crashing while trying to do anything.

I had just purchased new set up box but when ever i tried to remove/add channels via app, app closed automatically. Even I tried after installing updated version. It is very painful that you are providing this kind of service.
