Lots of issues
Terrible app. Unable to download to my phone. Only can access the app through App Store, but can’t download app.
Doesn’t Work
The app doesn’t open and their website is anachronistic.
Login doesn’t work
The app has a lot of bugs, the worst of which is that I can no longer login to my account even though I have the right username and password.
Satisfied
Super great there’s an App now ! Can’t wait for you guys to start adding to the app such as making changes to plans or making it adjustable without customers absolutely having to come in. And possibly being able to send and sign for signatures or sending Identification
Reliable App
Works great and has all of what I need in one, consolidated app! Thanks, Docomo!
