Don’t use this app! My subscription said it wasn’t successfully processed but it was and I unknowing was charge over $200 before I found out and cancelled it. Apple wouldn’t refund it. Be so careful if you decide to sign up for this app because Apple support is no help!

Would have given more stars because I actually really love Gene stories BUT you have to keep paying to watch more episodes! The amount of episodes don’t equate yo the amount of money being asked! Do better and make things reasonable and affordable if you expect people to watch!

Confusing/Misleading Subscription Process
They need to make the subscription process more transparent. It is very difficult to navigate and misleading. I erroneously made purchases and though I contacted support immediately, they refused to give me a full refund.
