Ap crashes as soon as opened. Was okay until recent ap update to fix crashing!!
Crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE IT!!!
The app crashes every time I use it meaning I cannot control my heating at all through the app. Super frustrating and there doesn’t seem to be a work around to log on via a website? Would appreciate an urgent fix!

Since updating the app, I’ve been unable to control the heating. I cannot contact the app developer as everything is in Chinese.
