So many things
Not enough actual info or details about so many things. It has lots of info about selling things but not enough details or easy to find info about nitty gritty stuff like how parking works or dates about when our how to expect things to be completed or functioning. Then, the customer service process is terrible. Overall, frustrating and annoying at best.

It’s difficult sometimes to find something on the website… And why doesn’t the pass automatically activate when you go through the lift line? You have to turn Epic on in order to start tracking.
Refund policy is one of the worst
If you lose your job, Epic won’t let you cancel or refund unless you notify them within 30 days of the event.
Lost days skied after last update in July 2026
All the day I skied in winter 2026 have vanished from my stats in My Epic. This occurred after the last update in July. All my stats were correct prior to that update.

Skiing Vail since 1993 and love the winter experience. However, using the gondola to hike in the spring , summer and fall is my favourite.
I wish they had a discount for Seniors and an option for a us to get tickets for our grandchildren. I’m old enough to remember when Squaw Valley had 70-year-olds could Ski for free.

Bring back the badges!
Up until maybe five years ago, the app had badges you could earn. (For hitting vertical feet, different resorts on the same day, skiing on specific days or holidays, etc). It was a fun little goals thing. I don’t know why it went away but it should be brought back.
