Love my Epic Pass
Skiing Vail since 1993 and love the winter experience. However, using the gondola to hike in the spring , summer and fall is my favourite.
I wish they had a discount for Seniors and an option for a us to get tickets for our grandchildren. I’m old enough to remember when Squaw Valley had 70-year-olds could Ski for free.

Bring back the badges!
Up until maybe five years ago, the app had badges you could earn. (For hitting vertical feet, different resorts on the same day, skiing on specific days or holidays, etc). It was a fun little goals thing. I don’t know why it went away but it should be brought back.

Shameful that this app is so bad
Vail resorts has had plenty of time to improve this app yet from the beginning to the current version it continues to be the worst app of any major entertainment out outdoor activity skiing biking app
Poor functionality
Add a mileage tracker and a GPS speedometer, add a stay logged in option, I’m sick of having to log back in constantly. Make the facial recognition option actually work. This app is useless. I use a separate ski app because this one is no good.
Epic has been one of the only joys to my life
Epic makes my life so easier to go skiing and that’s my favorite thing. The app helps me know what trails to go on before I go on the mountains and shows me cool ideas to go for ski checks.

Annoying to buy an epic pass
When trying to buy the epic pass, it doesn't work in the website or app, and you have to call in to purchase it.

Epic really knows how to say, “Thank you for your service.” The discount is such that it doesn’t take much to get my money’s worth. Thanks to you, Epic.

Tracking is Terible
Despite every location, setting option tried. allowing the app everything it needs, I’m only able to get a history of my breadcrumbs on a map after initially reinstalling the app after that doesn’t work anymore.
Useless
Totally useless app. I have wasted so much time just trying to sign up/sign in. Really not worth the $20 I save on lift tickets. It’s 2026 and you guys can’t do any better than this!
Whistler pass renewal
Can’t get out of the renew pass screen and if I press renew it opens safari, so for now I am stuck
Vail Resident
I would like to see a east vail and west vail home owner discount. If you actually live in the vail city area that we get a discount on Epic pass . I would also like to see maybe something similar for the higher end restaurants,shops, and hotels around vail village and lions head that stay open in the summer months. I know we support them all year round be great to get a discount even if it was only 15 or 20 % like the local parking pass. We come so often all year long it would make a nice deference to a lot of the full time residents. It would be a nice perk to get a discount especially on epic pass.
