V2 Doesn’t work
The old one was ugly but at least it worked! This new one forgot my old app credentials, doesn’t work with the new ones I set up on the website, and fails to let me complete the registration at the SMS step
Not working
It asks you for your phone number and only allows you to enter 8 numbers. The app then locks up. Epic need to take down the app until it works.
Doesn’t work
The app makes no sense. It asks for an 8 digit phone number — which is almost intentionally ridiculous.
Can’t log in
It won’t let me put my whole phone number in. There is no room for the last 2 digits. This app is a waste of time. Fix it please!

Doesn’t give you a full breakdown of your bills just overview of what you owe
The paper bill is more explanatory
Was able to access it. But now won’t open anymore.
For a big telecommunications company they should have a much more professional app

Useful content, appalling design
The app provides details on the day to day things we need to know like remaining sms, remaining talk time, megabytes, etc but the design of the app is terrible.
You don’t really know where anything is in that app.
I wonder if they ever talk to their users.

Absolutely Rubbish
For a telecommunication company it’s very worrying that they can’t even create an app that works. Sack the developer.
Feckless, pointless, useless
Their app is so so but since joining epic I had nothing but trouble! I wasn’t receiving SMS/MMS/OTP/international SMS etc and asked customer service numerous times to fix the problem and they did nothing to rectify the problems. They kept blaming everyone else except themselves. Unless the sender of sms is also an epic user, you won’t receive sms etc from any other! It’s also impossible to do online banking because you won’t receive OTPs! I ran out of patience with them and decided to transfer to primetel. I don’t recommend epic to anyone, even if tempted with low prices, their service is feckless, pointless and useless. Move on!

Annoying I have to set up log in again since it became epic after 15 years. Still can’t acces my ebill so tried the app
No navigation! You go places can’t get back! Have to exit close off and log on again.. going to the shop and get a human to sort the account and like the last app this is deleted

Airtime top-up is not working
One of the vital features of the app - Airtime top-up is simply not working (after tap on Credit card button and Confirm it shows us white screen with “Error in connection” error) As an QA Engineer I can understand what is happening under the hood there, but it is really frustrating for users! You have to fix it ASAP.
