My ETA Driver is the mobile app for drivers and field staff using the My ETA platform. My ETA helps businesses deliver a better arrival experience for customers with live tracking, SMS updates, and real-time ETA visibility. To use this app, your business must first create a My ETA admin account at myeta.co. From the admin portal, you can add drivers, create jobs, manage your team, and send customer tracking links. When a driver starts a job, My ETA automatically sends the customer a tracking link via SMS. Customers do not need to download an app — they simply open the link in their phone browser to view live progress and arrival updates. My ETA is built for businesses that visit, deliver, move, install, repair, collect, or provide services at customer locations.
