No working tutorial, 12 hours and 16 hours for vegetables to be ready for harvest. Not fun at all

Hi I have downloaded your game but as soon as I try to play it’s totally frozen with just the hand flashing. Could you tell me if your game is working or have you abandoned it ?????. I have tried your fb page but theres no content so I’m guessing you have abandoned it. Any help would be greatly appreciated save me wasting my time and knowing if I should keep your game or not. Ty
