Annoying app notification sound

I have set my phone to silent, I set the night mode, I turned off the volume - STILL THE APP IS MAKING SOUND when sending notification. When we want a sound, we would have turned everything on. I have turned everything OFF, and the app still makes ‘OW OW’ sound. WHY? My solution to get away from this sound is = uninstalling the app.
