I understand it’s difficult to find someone to maintain this app. That is ok, but please remove it from the app store and let it rest until someone more knowledgeable in app development can take it over. Otherwise you can see from the reviews it’s only wasting our brother’s time.
Unnecessary technology forced on Nobels that don’t want it.
Update! Now the app doesn’t work at all! Kudos to the big heads who thought this was what the Nobility needed. Great job, guys, really. And you’ve discontinued the sticker program for our physical cards? Great job there too! Just keep knocking tonight of the park like this, I’m sure that’ll help membership.
You know what doesn’t need constant software updates: a physical membership card!!! Seriously, the quicker you admit this was a horrible mistake, the better!
Why was this forced on the Nobels? I’d imagine the vast majority of us prefer a physical membership card. Personally, I loathe digital bill payments and cards. I prefer doing as much bill payment via check and postage as possible and the decision to force digital garbage on us was not something the majority of membership had any input on.

Black screen
If you have an Apple phone and try and use this app but keep getting a black or blank screen trying rotating your phone 90 degrees to the left and if that doesn’t work trying rotating 90 degrees to the right. I had a friend explain this to me and it worked. Don’t ask just some glitch with Apple phones and the app. Hope this helps you out if you are having an issue like I was.

Great idea, but not functional. Used to work well but now when you enter your data, it populates a digital card once, then any other time you launch the app you get a black screen. Needs to go back into R&D to work out the bugs.

Screen locks up after opening. Very disappointing.

Everyone knows at the meetings this app requires multiple attempts to open before it might actually display your card/information.
Come on whoever is responsible for this app! It doesn’t do anything except open and show one screen. An elementary age child can do better and you can to if you cared to make it right. Obviously you don’t!

This app hasn’t been updated in 2 years and only shows a blank screen.

Installs but unable to access after initial set up, blank screen. Hard to believe all the $$ coming in results in this bottom basement app. Sad.
App broken
The app is broken in its current state. When you put the information in the first time, your card shows up, but if you leave the app and come back later, all you get is a white screen. You have to reinstall the app to continue using it. Terrible. And it’s obviously been going on for a while based on reviews and no effort has been made to rectify the issues

No matter what one does, after installing, one only gets a blank white screen. None of the troubleshooting works.
