Good app except:
The app crashes whenever I add a thing for letter writing.
Like it but keeps freezing
This so app has all the things I need, but it keeps freezing when I try to add a placement. It even users GPS to locate addresses on initial calls. Fix the freezing issue and I can give the highest rating.
Crash issues; Hopeful for a new fix
I loved this app. I could keep tract of videos which is a huge part of the foreign language ministry for us. The ability to send the monthly total to the group overseer is a very nice feature.
Would love a spot for LDC hours.
Now it keeps crashing on me. I’ll try to input data and the app closes on me.
I hope an update will change it. I still use paper and pencil. Glad I do, otherwise I would have lost a lot of info.
This app has great potential and I will use as a secondary method. If it stops shutting down on me I will gladly change to 4/5 star. Add LDC hour section and I’ll give you a 10 :)

App supporter
Hello, I was wondering if the app has a start date for regular pioneering when you start in the middle of the year. For example, I began regular pioneering in May but the app is calculating hours needed for the entire year. The settings doesn't allow for an adjustment. Did I miss something? Thank you.

My app doesn’t work right
I Love LOVE LOOOVVVEEEE this app. My only problem is that no matter what I do it won’t stay set to full time pioneer hours. I was continuous auxiliary last year and started reg this year so I went to change the settings and it won’t change. It reverts to auxiliary no matter what I do. And the sending feedback option doesn’t work. I thought maybe if I put my problem here I might get a response. Of a fix.

Overall a pretty good app but crashes when you try to add a presentation, so that whole section cannot be utilized :(
Upset!!!!
All of my history are gone, my return visits and hours I’ve had and placement. EVERYTHING is gone. I didn’t do anything to the app, I just came into it and there is nothing there. Please help me retrieve it back.

Report format
It appear to still show the old report format instead of new for example placements videos even and study’s it there anything I can do to change this
Freezing issues
It’s a great app. Thank you. I’m using this all the time although you will need to learn how to use it because:
letter writing doesn’t work same as the offers for the month. The app freezes when I do notes on the return visits pages when not logged as a sort by distance. Also the complain email in the app freezes. Can not send any review. And phone freezes after. I’m using iPhone 5s.

Was a great app prior
As an app developer and programmer I know how much work goes into creating apps for mobile devices. This app for the ministry was my absolute favorite and my go to for all ministry related items. The ability to draw out the territory maps was absolutely genius.
Sadly after the last update I was no longer able to open the app. Because of this I lost all of the data and hard work I put into the NHs and territory map and lost all of my calls. I've been a staunch supporter of going paperless for decades, however, this app made me realize we are not quite there yet.
Was definitely a five star until the last update. If the app crash issue gets fixed I'll happily update to 5 stars.

Nice job
A lot of hard work obviously went into making this. It is a little challenging for me to use although I have worked with it for about a year. It will do what you need.
It’s ok
I like this app, however I find it complicated..constantly trying to remember how to do something, the little icons are not descriptive enough when putting in your time and overall it requires lots of tapping to get anything done
Presentations
This is a brilliant app for our ministry but just one problem when I write my presentations for the month then try to save it just disappears. If that could be fixed it would be great.

It won’t open now on my IPhone.
Frustrated
Last update resulted in the app not even launching any more. Lost all of my info. Tried to delete and then reload app; still not working. Data in the iCloud is useless with no app to retrieve it. November report was lost and had to guesstimate the info. This is the third time I have had issues with the app crashing and now it won’t even launch. This is the issue with technology not being able to keep up with itself.

Great App - when it worked!
Been using this app for quite sometime. Especially love being able to put all my presentations on the Watch. Since the last update though, the app just crashes.
