App doesn’t work anymore
Keep receiving communication error. Unable to open app. Ongoing issue.
Worked Initially
Has not worked a couple of weeks after downloading. Just flashes “Communication Error” repeatedly. I have deleted and reinstalled it. Even rebooted my iPhone, to no avail

Worked for a few days then all it does now is give a communication error . Deleted reinstalled multiple times .. fix your application … u are a credit monitoring service and u can’t even have an app that works .
The only credit monitoring app that doesn’t show your credit score
My work pays to have this service for credit monitoring and I have found it extremely unhelpful. In every page there are two identically looking ads identity health score and new! Gain insights. Neither of these ads can be closed so I am constantly scrolling past this unwanted content.
How does a credit monitoring service not share credit scores????? This is crazy. No one wants a “vantagescore.”
The app along with the subscription are frustrating to use. My email address was found hundreds of times and their only recommendation is to change my email and add 2FA. Thanks. Very helpful.
Even the process of reviewing a credit report is extremely cumbersome and cannot be done in the app.
Use the free Experian app, it has tons of shameless self promotion but at lease it shares your Experian credit score and not vantagescore garbage.
