Bien bien bien

Paid for but didn’t unlock

I paid for this app 8/22/17 and it hasn’t unlocked...truly frustrating.

Can't transfer

I bought the in app puzzles for my preschooler. He loves them. Problem is it does not transfer to another device. I deleted and reinstalled multiple times. He is so disappointed. It wasn't a lot of money but is very frustrating for a little guy.

Same problem for 4 years!

What a scam! You have the received the same feedback since 2012 -- customers buy the add one but then can't access them on other devices. I've messaged you through your Facebook page twice about this and received no reply. How rude!

How many times u want me to buy

The app asked me to purchase again instead of restoring purchase
