Could really get some improvements for working parents
images won’t load, no pick-up drop-off pics, no messenger to get in touch with the school.

Always laggy and unable to load photos. Get so excited when the trs post something but then realised i can’t see anything lol. Would have deleted this app but unfortunately need to use for arrival and dismissal so 🤷♀️
Unable to view some photos
We have only weekly or once every two weeks of photo updates to keep updated of what children does in school. However, recently, the app does not load many of the photos. Please rectify it asap.
Not optimized for modern phones
Screen layout doesn't meet edge to edge screen requirement.
Lousy App
Can someone fix the problem ? Why does it always sign out on its own and when I tried signing in again it’s always network failed? I tried tons of time ! Have to delete and download the app again and again ! This is stupid
Need improvement
Seriously, i cant even view my child’s photos. Most of photos unable to load. When it comes to monthly deducting school fee then it works very fast. Should introduce a feature where parents can communicate with the class teacher.
Slow and lagging
The basic features for checking in and out works fine, but getting updates and even viewing albums is an absolute nightmare. The gallery and processing Needs to get fixed.
Not user-friendly.
Had an issue with still receiving notification even though logged out, it’s been almost 7 months but nothing was fixed. They claimed it’s gonna be a big impact.
Yet every now and then will received notice of system maintenance and we won’t be able to access the app?
A lot of things can be improvise (even submitted a feedback on their survey) but many updates later, still nothing.

Can’t download video under Home Feed
Video can be played. When I tap on “download” it shows “Success Video downloaded” but I can’t find the video in my iPhone gallery.
Can’t use app
Cannot open app. Pop up message telling user to update app. But app already up to date when opened in Apple Store.
Terrible
Cant use the apps. There is pop up message to install a new version. But when I go to Apple Store, can’t upgrade the apps.

Please consider to have an option to clear all notification instead of needing to enter into the notice one by one.
Still taking forever to load esp for photos
Still taking forever to load esp for photos and sometimes it doesn’t work at all!! Feedback to HQ also useless as they don’t be bothered to reply and anyhow ask MFS branch to contact you without sharing with them what’s going on!

Child health record are not showing on some random days
Child health record not reflecting on parent app although teachers have save and upload the record on their side
CANT VIEW PHOTOS
Please update the app!! Photos uploaded by teachers can’t be viewed, very slow app, and inaccuracy when downloading photos. No point changing an app if it doesn’t work as well as the old one
No updates about weekly progress, prefer the first app.
The previous app, Teachers can update parents weekly about students regarding what they have learnt for the week, what are the focus area so that the parents can align the teachings at home. For The new app, only the photo dumps, no updates about weekly teaching or objectives of developmental appropriate activities that are done at school. All we can see is photos, no explanation, that’s all.
