Quite broken
Login fails half the time. Also can’t gift data in the app but works online.
Terrible useless app
Have to log back in every single time, totally useless and more simple to just login through Safari with saved username and password. Just gonna delete app from my phone.
Connection
Why use an app if you need to reconnect each time. I’ll rather continue to use the web version.
Not a real app
This is essentially a poorly optimized web wrapper of their site. It fails to retain login credentials and unnecessarily interrupts background audio playback upon launch.

Pour résilier impossible de cliquer pour sélectionner une date. C pareil sur le site mobile.
Bad
genuinely one of the worst apps of all time, never works, you have to sign in EVERY time you open the app and it doesn't even save your information. When i sign in i have to restart the app and do it again. App doesn't work nothing works...

App is a TERRIBLE
Barely loads in and very slow. Also stops my music?
App does not keep login info
Good but each time I need to reconnect with my username and password.. please update to fix this!
I tried to get help, and got locked out of support completely
Fizz was working fine until it didn’t. People are not able to call me and I tried getting help using chat, I even got connected to a human after half an hour late. The chat got closed, however, and I can’t open a new one. That form to submit a complaint? The Submit button is disabled. And now I can’t even create a new chat, all I can do is scream into the void. As others said, mobile app is even worse - can’t use a password manager, can’t hold state while I switch to copy password from a manager. Folks, is this on purpose, or you don’t monitor even basic happy path for your users? Your key user journeys are busted.

Bad Accessibility
It’s nice there is finally a fizz app. However my phone is set to display zoom which results in some elements including the logout button hidden. To log out I have to change my system settings, restart my phone then the logout button appears. Then I have to change back my settings. I wish app developers would at least do the bare minimum for accessibilty support.

Sérieusement Fizz, ca fait 8 ans qu’on vous demande les Appels Wi-Fi et 2 ans le RCS sur iPhone. Pourquoi sortir une application autant mal développé ? Ça ne vous tente pas d’écouter vos clients pour une fois?

Cannot login, stuck in a loop
Every time I try to login it just redirects to the login page. Been like this since release, and I finally uninstalled the app. How about running basic QA before releasing an app?
Not bad
The app is good, however it does use the website a bit, if they could just change the wrapper it should be good! Although it’s pretty good for how affordable the mobile services are
App barely works.
The app doesn’t keep my sign in information. It also redirects to the sign in page no matter how I sign in. It’s better to use the website anyway. Any future updates should fix that problem and enable FaceID for sign in.

Just a wrapper, worse than website
The app keeps refreshing the page and it doesn’t work with password manager. I would rather just login at fizz.ca. Trash app
