My Flood Risk

MyFloodRisk informs citizens about their exposure to flood risks. It answers the question: “how high can the water rise in my neighbourhood?” The app contains three flood maps, for statistical return periods of: • 10 year (10% probability per year) • 100 year (probability 1% per year) • 1000 year (probability 0,1% per year) The water depth is presented in meters above mean street level and is to be regarded as an indication. For more information see the disclaimer. This app recognizes your current location, but you can also enter a location name in the search bar. Changing between maps can be done in the settings. MyFloodRisk has been developed by HKV services. As a company in flood risk analysis, we find it important that science based information about floods is also easily accessible for the people who live in flood prone areas. This app therefore provides flood information in a comprehensive way for all European countries.
