Poor app poor SERVICE
I definitely do not recommend anyone to use My FLP app. It is the junkies app. I’m pretty sure a seven-year-old with ChatGPT can build a much better app than what this firearm insurance provider gives you.
Now let’s talk about firearm insurance coverage.-This company mentions they have and will answer any questions as a member. I have posted a question July 2025 now it is February 2026 and that question was never answered after multiple follow ups throughout the last year. They are quick to respond when you want to upgrade your membership. But anything else is literally the most poorest service.
They do not care about you and I can’t imagine if there was an actual emergency. Please look at other insurance providers if you require firearm legal protection.

Opinion app MyFLP, CCW.
This is very good, I like to keep me inform about the low and update as quickly as it app do.
Interface is clunky
I mainly use it for reciprocity checks and the interface is clunky and hard to use. Doesn’t clearly indicate when a state doesn’t recognize non-resident permits. Really needs some cleaning up and being brought up to at least 2020-era interface standards.
Relief
I never want or intend to shoot anyone but if i ever had to if it was a him or me type deal , knowing that I have someone in my corner is a big relief for a reasonable price.
Don’t allow me to edit my payments or address
This app would be much better if it gave me an option to edit my payments & address instead of calling a number.

Won’t let me sign in
App never allows me to sign in. I can sign into the website but email and password not recognized on app sign in. Would be nice to access the app since it seems pretty resourceful

Judging by the reviews it seems as this is an ongoing issue. No matter how many times I try, I am unable to log into this app. Login info is correct as I can log in through a browser.

Unable to add permit expiration
When trying to add permit expiration dates in the provided field, the keyboard doesn’t populate. All other fields such as “notes” or “permit #” populate the keyboard to type in info but not the expiration date. So I can’t use the “add reminder “ feature. Please fix. Running latest iOS version

App used to work great. Now I can’t log in, even though I verified my login works on the website. I even simplified my password with no luck.
A must have app
Very good app for knowing the rules as I travel state to state on business. The app is intuitive and easy to use. Have recommended it to several family members and friends.
App Log In Issues
The app recently logged me out, and after trying to log back on with my correct information it’s not allowing me access. I can only log in via internet browser, which can be time consuming in an emergency, or when trying to look up laws and other app information.
Is there something going on with the app? Or can this be fixed? It’s been an issue for over a week now.

Can’t get it to work
Just signed up-got my login info. Entering it exactly as prescribed. App crashes each and every time

Better hope you never need their services. Their app NEVER works! They update it to fix the multiple problems yet new problems occur.
Among the worst app ever. Hopefully their services are not similar.
Time to look for a different provider. I'll be back with recommendations on some other company, NOT flp.
