Lost all my info
I went into check my account. Now I have to enter in my info. That I don’t have. So I’m not able to open the app cause I had it for face recognition. Which it doesn’t give me an option to have it sent to an email. It needs my username. Which I don’t have or the password. So now the app is pointless. Because there is no other way to be able to open it.

Not compatible with iOS 26!
TRANSFER OF FUNDS HAS BEEN DISABLED!
Farmers State says they were blindsided by Apple with the release of iOS 26 which has disabled funds transfer (and possibly bill pay). The bank is willing to do phone transfers at no charge, but it has to done on their hours.
Also, notifications (balance info, deposits, etc) are hit/miss.
The bank says they’re working on it, but I’m not sure how long my patience will last.

Doesn’t not work
This new apps doesn’t work correctly and not course of action or timeline to get it fixed properly
New and improved
The new app and website lost some features the ones had. I no longer get notifications from the app when there are new charges to my account. It helped with fraud! Now I can only set up to get notifications when a password has been changed or only email/text notifications when anything over $1.00 has been changed just to my debit card instead of the entire checking account.

Horrible App
Always under construction at the worst times when you need to make a transfer can’t even by groceries cause the dumb app isn’t working and it after hours. Don’t bank with these folks this happens a lot and it get old. I’m taking myself elsewhere!!!!
