Worst communication
Says the tram will be off a week in advance on a certain day. Show up the following day and they moved it to the next day with amended stickers over the sign like it was my fault

Hardly ever works. They clearly are not interested in catering to their customers. No surprise from the Queensland government.

Who knows what the app is like as it is not accessible with VoiceOver. All it says is “button” or “Menu button maybe”.

Trip planner no longer works
This app used to be good, but the trip planner stopped working some time ago. I just get the spinning wheel of death ad infinitum. I've deleted and re-downloaded a few times, but no use. Back to the rubbish mobile journey planner site.

Why has the app stopped working??? Every time I get to the convention Centre station it says that the north bound tram is 6 mins away. Even when the tram is arriving the app still says 6 mins away.

Good features and like the real time tram movements. Recently though the app keeps crashing and you can't do anything with it....

Not bad for a first attempt
Pretty good first attempt. I like the real time tram movements on the map. I suggest different tag colours for stations, attractions, and tickets. When more than one of these is switched on they all look the same. Of course this can be controlled by manually turning only one on at a time.. Anyway thanks for the cool app.

Very good, very useful
This app is really good. It is simple, easy to use and provides all of the necessary information. Would recommended downloading it if you live on the Gold Coast and use public transport.
