Poor interface for the vision impaired
All of the written content I’ve come across has no option to increase font size. For me, even with my glasses, the font is small making the articles difficult to read. I contacted support and they raised feedback to someone and suggested iOS’s Zoom feature as a solution. The zoom feature is useless. You have to use theee fingers to move the page around and since it’s zoom not font increase you have to move the screen constantly.
If you have impaired vision skip the app and use the browser version from a pc or a tablet (I haven’t tested the tablet so I don’t know if the larger screen size results in larger font or just more text on the screen that is still too small to read. )

Articles Fail to Load on iOS Devices
While the Gartner Mobile app offers excellent content, I’ve encountered a recurring issue on my iPhone and iPad. When I tap the “Read” button on any article, the app enters a perpetual buffering state, and the content never loads. This problem doesn’t occur on the web version, which works flawlessly. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and checking for updates, but the issue persists. I hope the developers can address this in a future update, as it significantly hampers the user experience on iOS devices.

App is broken
I get notifications and can see articles on the Home Screen but whenever I try to read anything, it takes me to a Captcha screen, then times out. I can’t access any content at all!

The Home Screen and notifications of the app seem to be working, but whenever I try to open an article in the app it jumps to a captcha screen to verify if I am human, but just sits at the screen and never completes the check. I cannot read any article in the app.
Completely unreliable
Almost never works. Network timeouts, failed page loads, documents don’t sync. Essentially useless.

There is actually little to complain with respect to the app itself. But the attitude to only allow 5 - star ratings or no rating at all from inside the app is worth this 1 star rating just to put things a little bit into perspective.
Fight the overwhelm
Gartner is there with persistent knowledge and research. Love it, and the TAs who help unpack and apply the knowledge.
Outstanding coverage of the market!
Gartner does an amazing job of covering every aspect of the IT services and cyber security markets. Their research is very well done and easy to understand. I also love their product management and marketing tips, guides and best practices.

Locks up asking for reviews
An app that opens, has a pop up asking for 5 stars, and then locks up with that message on the screen, is not getting 5 stars.

Consolidate documents
Consolidate ignition guides into single documents rather multiple documents.
Bugged
Presents a “rate us 5* … “ pop-up which is impossible to navigate beyond (none or the 3 options can be selected) when opening the app. Please fix this!

Incredible app. I can easily access all information that’s relevant to me.
Unusable app
Am pretty new to the app and unlikely to continue using it as the app is almost entirely non-functional. I log in but am apparently not logged in. Screens do not display correctly. Too many problems to write about here. Cannot recommend the app at all.

Excellent input for global initiatives
Gartner has been an excellent input for Global initiatives, the information brought from their benchmarks and researches give us the opportunity to innovate in our processes, question the status quo, and give us the opportunity to set a high level HR team.
Generally pretty good.
The application works well with my gardeners subscription, giving me access to all of the content that I need when on the move. However, sadly, like many applications it doesn’t support the Apple accessibility features which makes it difficult for me to use. One positive is Gartner at least support the ability to listen two articles and documents.
