I’m speechless! Cannot believe how poor the quality is. Everything from the water system, to the electrical. To many problems to list.

Customer service should not be an automated nightmare…answer the phones and return messages…
Needs work.
App is decent but some of the design features aren’t great. My biggest concern is the account creation. I created my account but when I was done, it just took me back to the login screen. Every time I tried to login after that it said my account didnt exist yet. I was just fed up after trying like 4 times and just used my husband’s account instead. I found a verification email the next day just by chance and realized I needed to verify a code to finish my account creation. Overall that was my worst experience with the app so far.

Easy to use!
Very nice I can troubleshoot any issues I may be facing without having to call. But the option to quickly make an appointment is easy!

Terrible
It is like a third grader tested the software. Horrible. Most of the site says “unable to load” content.
I can’t believe this actually made it to production. For such a well known company, this is garbage.
I would give it zero stars but that is not an option. Don’t waste your time downloading it.
