excellent app! but could be even better.

first thing i want to get out of the way, in the “world” section of countries, “Moldova” is misspelled “Moldava”, which certainly threw me off when it came to the written exams. but that does lead me into my next criticism, i think for written exams, you should implement a system that lets you know how close you are to the spelling, and maybe not even dock you points if you’re close enough (perhaps a misspelling warning, then docking points if you don’t get it right the next time). if you misspell a country, but are very close, it should let you know you’ve misspelled it, rather than just shaking as if you have the wrong country entirely. i maintain that you should definitely know how to spell and pronounce countries, however, i think forgetting “the” in front of “The Bahamas” shouldn’t immediately kill your streak, or having to correct how i spell “Moldova” to “Moldava” it’s mildly frustrating.

if these changes were to be implemented, this app would certainly get 5 stars from me. it’s wonderful and i’ve learned the names of every country in about a week.

Avis ma géographie

Il manquerais de test pour s’améliorer plus facilement.
Je trouve ceci difficile de ce rappeler de tous ses pays il faudrait
de nouvelle épreuve pour nous encourager et contribuer à notre
évolution en géographie.

Merci🤩

My Geography

A really fun way to challenge your knowledge. I love it!

Wonderful App to Build Skills

Very happy with this app all around! It’s easy to use and I really like all the functions. I’ve come back to it time and time again over the last couple years to keep on refreshing my geography knowledge. The only thing that I wish could be updated is that the colors could be randomized on the map. Sometimes you remember that Tanzania is purple, and that is too much of a clue. Is there anyway to randomize the color? Or are you considering an update?

Helpful and fun

I’ve only had this app for a couple of days but I have already learned so much. Very helpful and almost feels like I’m playing a game! Thanks for making geography fun.

A Great Source for learning for geography

I have found this app extraordinarily helpful if you have any quizzes/tests coming up for geography. This app has really helped me achieve good grades for my geography app.

So help full

I love this app it helps me so much the only thin on the map that you can’t practice is Greenland but other then that it’s great

Effective app but full of errors and omissions

For a $4 app this should be more accurate. There are countries spelled wrong, countries either present or missing depending on if you’re looking at world view or continent view. Also countries called different names depending on the view. Not worth $4!

Can’t believe how effective this is

Saying my geography skills are terrible would be an understatement, but after working with this app and testing and retesting I’m so thrilled at how much progress I have made in such a short amount of time!!

Love—except for the world view

I love this app—especially with the multiple ways to test your knowledge. However, many countries are missing from the world view. It would great if they were added. It would then be perfection.

Easy. Simple. Fun. My Goto Geography App.

This is one of the first apps that I remember to re-download from the App Store if changing phones or devices.

It is set out well. Easy to navigate. The tests are fun and guess what?....I actually learn something about the location and names of the countries of our world, their flags and their capitals.

It's a no nonsense app unlike some of the other world countries/capitals/flags apps that I tried that have copious amounts of ads that have timeouts before you can close the ad box.

5/5 stars.

Wow so sweet

Educate me

Disappointed

Was hoping to be able to click on a country or state and find more info on that country or state. Don't really care what its flag looks like. Good grief. Waste of money.

Great

I think this is great.

Missing some capitals

It's a fairly good app. My daughter is doing much better with her states and capitals. However, I was surprised to find that the capitals for Alaska and Hawaii were missing along with our nation's capital. Please fix this.

Garbage City

Waste of money... Even free would have been too much to pay for this poorly designed app. Visually bland, and with only the most basic interactions, I feel like I really got ripped off purchasing this app. Old style flash cards would be an improvement over this waste of an app!

Not a bad app, but for the content it should be free.

I think this app should be free, Oceania is a continent with 14 countries and in here says that is just Australia, which make me doubt about about the other information inside the app, I think there is potential to be a good app but so far not enough data to be trustworthy if you are interested in learn more outside of North America boundaries.

Cape Verde?!?!

The map of Africa is missing Cape Verde.

Good, could be epic..

*Clear maps, that aren't overly colorful
*Homework tool is extremely useful

My son has Passport Club and needs to memorize a handful of countries from each continent every month. A suggestion..It would be awesome to select, for homework, all the countries he needs to study at once instead of having to do a homework test by each continent individually. It would shave time down and also resemble the actual Passport Club test a lot of schools do. Passport Club tests countries randomly from all over the world.
The complaint I have is that Central America isn't included at all. We have to learn this and other island chains.
