Horrible app
Extremely disappointed in the app. Very difficult to navigate and get various errors while trying to utilize.
Terrible Software
Not user friendly at all. As a Board member I can’t edit the first invoice to approval as there is another box over it. I cant see the full line item,need to scroll across the screen. I can’t see what was previously paid when approving invoices - that in another (very difficult to find) part of the app and I can’t type in a vendor’s name to search previous payments but need to select from a scroll-down menu with a list of hundreds. Our community is also extremely unhappy using this platform. I wish our management company would switch to a more intuitive product. Super frustrating all around

Just horrible app! Just a way to jerk us around… sorry for cussing. But really can’t just call and talk anymore? All for everything? And app does not work! Disgusting!
Poor functionality supersedes app’s perks
The other bad reviews are 100% accurate. How an app and website can be so slow in 2022 is mind blowing. Time to stop cheaping out on software and invest some money into your product! It seriously takes 10-20 seconds for every page/button press to load. The app itself doesn’t remember your username, or password (even if you enable the ‘remember password’ option) so every time you have to log in manually. It also doesn’t allow the auto-populate on the username so get ready to type your email address out fully every time you log in.
Also, it doesnt save payment info so get ready to type your entire routing number & bank acct number on every payment every month!
While there are certain perks I like about the ability of the app to produce reports and the ease of submitting HOA requests, the functionality/performance of the app is so TERRIBLE it overrides anything good.

Horrible app
All it does is glitch. You have to tap something 40 times and wait forever and sometimes it still doesn’t open. Then it brings you into a zoomed in page that you can’t zoom out and you have to close the app to go back. Its a joke. My wife and I both have the same issues with it.
