Was great until they started using AI
I understand AI is new and being used but I don’t really trust an app for my animal safety and information when they’re using AI. After the update I deleted it and I will not be getting it back.
Great app for my piggy’s
Love the app, so helpful for DOB, keeping notes on them, reminding me to do a health check and weights, also love the fact I can check the food chart to see what they can eat when I’m out shopping 🥰🥰🥰
It won’t let me claim the trial to begin the subscription
I set up all of my information for my guinea pigs and it will not let me claim the free trial to test out the app for a week before I begin the subscription. I need to send a request to my parent before subscribing to anything, due to the fact I am a minor and my parents approve all my apps and things like that I keep me safe. It repeatedly has told me there is an error and although I would love to use this app, I am seemingly not allowed to. Please fix this issue so I can subscribe to the app!

Great app but since the last update I can't open the app at all

Disappointed
I got this app years ago to help me keep track of my Guinea pigs’ weigh ins. It has now turned into a fully pay to use app. I’ve also lost record to all of my past history with this new subscription change.
Wouldn’t let me sign in
Got to the ‘use apple account’ no other options and just didnt let me go back or tap on anything else very disappointed ☹️
Good but buggy
I entered one of my piggies birthday incorrectly at first. I went to change it and it shows the old birthday still on the screen with the wrong age but on the specific profile it is correct. I also added their vet visits for each and it still says no vet visits but I click on the specific profile, it shows the visit.
But the articles and food options part is great. It has lots of good info with pictures.

Like the app, but…
I like this app, but I am not able to add my guinea pigs vet date because for some reason it won’t allow me to close my keyboard. Also, for some reason, it has my guinea pigs birthday five years older than they are. I tried to set it to their age, but it wasn’t allowing me to and the calendar was cut off so I had to guess what year it was. I do like the app because it tells me I can’t feed them, but I really wish I could update the information about my guinea pig. When I go to Vet, they won’t allow me to add the date. I just updated the new update. I’m not sure if it’s because of that but I hope they fix it soon.

Overall it seems like a great app for guineas but i would love to use it if it didn't require apple! Even if i press sign in with apple it would always freeze so please change it so i could use it since its such a disappointment that the reviews make the app seem perfect for me as a guinea pig parent but yeah that seems like the only problem! 🙁

Good app tiny flaws
I mostly enjoy the app for foods foods that my gunnie pigs can eat and read articles to help my understanding with gunnie pigs the food section could use a sort feature that sorts the toxic not recommended edible staple etc.
No longer usable.
This used to be such a good app. Now only Apple ID can sign in and even then we can’t sign in. So.. as someone who paid for the lifelong subscription I’m kinda angry.

Since the new update, the app won’t let you sign in, and is now unusable.
Update gone wrong
Giving only 1 star as all the data I had on all my piggies is gone along with their profiles
I had everything on each piggie in there along with when they passed away and it’s all gone with the revamp of the app

Data lost
All my piggies info and data are gone after the update to the new app. I was using the pay version. Is there any way to recover all the info?
Faulty update
I noticed that the app had been updated but as soon as I open the app I have to add my Guinea pig and when I click add nothing happens so I don’t have access to the app.
Doesn't work
The app doesn't work anymore and now I've lost all 13 of my guinea pigs birthday dates.
New update not working
This app was great and yes it had bugs that needed to be fixed however, now it has more issues you sign in and it asks you to add your Guinea pigs names and birthdays into it which I tried but once you click the add button nothing happens
