The app no longer opens. The animation to open begins, then just nothing happens..

Cannot get into the app at all. When I select it, the app doesn’t even completely open, it just quits.

App freezes on sign up page when registering a new account.

The submit claim option is missing since I did the latest update.
Account Setup
It is impossible to set up an account. I've used all info as provided by my insurer and the signup page states it's not found.
