I log in and it immediately says I timed out. I login again and says session time out.

Needs a lot of work
As I said in the title, this app needs a lot of work. Even the chat doesn’t work all that great and the medicine notification doesn’t notify you on time. Let’s not mention all the stuff this app is missing to track your health.
Can’t use it
I made an account but every time I try to sign in, it keeps saying that the session has timed out and to please try again
Delete button
I don’t like there is no delete button and had ask twice to get things removed. So I have not used it much. With no delete button I won’t be playing around the app much.

I really wish I would’ve checked into this sooner.
I really wish that I would’ve checked into this a lot sooner I signed up for it not knowing exactly what it was. I definitely needed it. It would’ve helped me if I would’ve used it sooner. Care and compassion from the team I have received is unbelievable.. The app is pretty simple. I just have to figure it out and stick with it. I would definitely recommend this. if you have any doubts, just try it.

I wish it had a built in step counter so that it could track my steps in my phone.

Not very helpful
The only thing I used it for is as a medication reminder alarm. You answer the surveys and all they do is send your articles based on your responses. Depressed? Articles. Want to lose weight? Articles. I tried to submit feedback through the app but the submit feedback button doesn’t work. I went ahead and deleted the app and will just use an alarm on my phone for my medication. I sincerely wanted this app to help but it has zero effect on my life.

Fairly useless to me
The app only works as a medication reminder for me. All the app does is send me articles that I don’t read when I answer questions. It feels like it’s talking at me instead of to me. I literally just click on each article and scroll through it quickly to get rid of the notifications.
Garbage app
Doesn’t accept Apple strong passwords. Forces you to create your own.
Need an N/A button or checkbox
Really tired of typing N/A. Please get your programmer to add a checkbox or button. The rest is pretty nice; missing that and making you type it is just slack.

There is hope
This helps me remember about my pm med that I ALWAYS forget. Gives me hope and encouragement on healing myself. Gives me confidence on quitting my smoking and teaches me about nutrition. Thank you! This was much needed

Horrible app
This app works about every other day. Wellframe needs to make this better so that you do not get a blue screen. I need the app to correspond with my health care manager, but instead, I find myself deleting it because of the blank blue screen. Much like Blue Cross Blue Shield, nothing but trash.
