Lost me money - don’t follow through
I wish I could say I had a good experience. I finally made the switch to a credit union but their interface feels like it was created in the 90’s, and their phone support is…lacking. They’ve told me multiple times over the phone that they have completed updates to my transfers and then to my surprise, we’re never updated. Super disappointed. Truly a money loss despite having great rates.

Best bank I’ve dealt with the staff is amazing real family environment. I love dealing with my health federal credit union. They’re really concerned with your needs and they also give you 110% effort.
