Extremely fail design
When you use OTP, it goes to the otp password page and automatically said. “Wrong password” and back to the login page. It doesn’t give me a chance to type the OTP.

It is not effective in handling complicated questions, and not able to transfer to real person.
Never able to login
I used this app 1 year ago. It always shows “Servers are too busy, please try again later.”, no matter what time of the day. I eventually gave up.
I tried again today as I have to check the details of appointment for on-site maintenance. The server is still too busy. Nothing is fixed after this 1 year time.
I will never use HKBN again after the contract ends.

Tried email address, account number, name in different format to finally got password to change and then many codes to confirm. First time in life got such a complicated login procedure. How come someone could design this and then still figuring out how to redeem rewards.
