The game doesn’t load anymore
I played this game as a kid 24/7 but sadly due to a server issue the game will not load for some reason the last update on this was October 20th 2025. I hope to see the owners fix this issue. Game is wonderful when it was working

Great game but this game is not working for me as I go into the game and it’s stuck on the loading screen and it keeps looping so annoying please fix this!!

Game been down for weeks
I live in USA game won’t load, it’s stuck on the loading page! I even uninstalled it and reinstalled, still didn’t work.
Have they pulled the plug?

The APP takes for ever to load

Game is not playable. Panacea doesn’t even fill up anymore. The whole pharmacy doesn’t work. What’s wrong with this game? I’ve seen reviews saying there’s been one server issue or another for the past two weeks at least. Is anyone doing anything to fix that?
Just stopped working

This game will not load for the past week now, I’ve been playing for a while and got quite far , why will it not load , keeps filling the bar then stops or will go down again and fill again over and over 😩🙏

I wait at the loading screen for hours and it never loads I haven’t been able to check in my patients in weeks, this is my favourite game and I’m lost without it. Please let me know what it wrong.
Game crashed
I haven’t been able to play on the game for almost a week. The game keeps glitching and not letting me in the game. I contacted customer support and I got an email back saying they couldn’t forward my email. I don’t know what is happening.!

Hey! I do love this game a lot, and have got up to quite a high level, but for the past couple of the days, the game won’t load and is just stuck in the loading screen. Please could you fix that as I see I’m not the only one encountering that issue, thank you!
