One of the worst games ever first I but diamonds than next day it like restarts and I lose the progress than I do vip where you are suppose to get diamonds daily and nope don’t get them

Not enough Stories

The game itself is fun but I ran out of stories in a week. Both either say “stories are being made” or “end of story”. And two of them ending within the first 5 minutes. If you’re going to make people pay for gems, at least have stories that have affordable comments. That’s wild.

Disappointed

I enjoyed this game some, but has major issues and no customer support. I have had to delete and reinstall to get it to correct itself and its bugs. However, there is no way to save progress so all of my purchases and gems are wasted and so is my money. I wasn’t able to get the daily gems with ads but I deleted and reinstalled and it worked for a couple of days before disappearing again. I paid for subscription but never received the daily gems. Reached out to support but no response. So basically just keeps taking money and messing up and no help with their issues.

Exciting

I love this game! Oh how I wish there were more characters to chat with! Question about the chats, can I replay any of the chats or dates that I’ve completed? And what about the chats I’ve started but now they always show offline? Can those be restarted? I’m looking for more entertaining chats please!!! Also more stories please but really I just love the chats. Thank you!

Devs don’t bother to respond to concerns

I sent the developers an email weeks ago asking about the fact that the button for the daily log in gems had disappeared from my app, leaving me with no way to earn free ones other than to play through matches for small amounts, or pay money. And the only response I got just asked me if I paid for anything. You shouldn’t have to pay to get a daily log in past one day. When I said that I haven’t received a response since then. Very disappointing that this game would force you to pay for gems to be able to make any kind of “meaningful“ choices in it. There’s better games out there that don’t require that.

I like this game but I finished all the characters and still nothing of new stories of them coming back to chat when will u guys will do an update of characters coming back online to chat back again we need new stories for the characters I was goin to give it a five star but not anymore needs improvement giving it a 2

Huge disappointment

Honestly I really like the idea of the game. It’s fun, however there is a lot of disappointment with the game overall. 1. You spend money on gems so that you can interact with the characters which is okay but their story lines end very abruptly. Which it leaves you literally in the middle of the story with no way of continuing the story is unfair. Then the game tells you to meet other people and you do and the stories yet again stop abruptly and it’s the beginning of the story?
2. There are grammar errors throughout the whole thing.
3. The game states that the characters have voice memos and I have yet to hear one from any of the characters? Why put something in the game if it’s not there?
4. You cant just make publish a game and then not finish it. That is unfair to people who spend money supporting your game.

The games great but …

The game its self is great but since the last update the I haven’t been get the gems from hot club and the level gems are being dodge to but I love the stories And unfortunately the story updates don’t happen enough which is ashame

Needs a lot of work…VERY buggy

It’s an interesting concept. But the storylines are super short still. I did one storyline that I spent gems on and then it disappeared from the chats. I tried it again from the beginning since it showed up back in the matches and half the story was gone. Then 2 other ones I’d completed also disappeared. No response to my help email either. Takes forever to load. Just all around needs a lot of work.

Room for improvement

The devs finally got back to me after a month of me sending a few help requests. The game finally loaded after the second update. I can’t get the daily diamonds to work on my iPhone, but it does on my iPad only they don’t sync with each other so it’s starting all over again if you play it on both devices. They should have daily videos x20 like Chapters does to earn free 4 gems per each video. It would also be more fun if you could type your own response to the chats. Hopefully they keep improving with each update.

No customer support

I really like this game and I even spent some money to get more diamonds for the good choices, but it updated and now the game just sits on the loading screen. I’ve contacted app support twice asking them to please fix this and I’ve never received a reply. Don’t waste your money on this app, you won’t get it resolved.

Enjoyed the game.. but the new update ruined everything. Can’t load the app deleted the app and reinstalled it, deleted all my progress!😢No diamond reward after finishing a chapter.. paying for the monthly subscription and nothing is working seems a bit unfair. Contacted support team and no one has answered me yet. What’s happening?

Good game but update ruined it

I honestly like this game other than the fact most matches never get back online was happy to see there was an update but no matter what I do the game won’t got past the Home Screen since update

Quit after update

After updating the game the game won’t open now. I’ve spent a lot of coins to make diamond choices as well and no one that was offline has come back online yet. How long does it take? It doesn’t even give you an option to speed up with diamond purchase.
