Been working my way up to gold 3 and almost made it just to see suddenly the scores have changed??? It takes far too long to level up without weird stuff like that happening

Disappointed with change
Love this game played it daily. Was ok with ads and honestly patiently didn’t mind working to up my levels. What sucks is this new update that took my diamond daily reward away and now wants me to pay for them. Boo. Also would like more instructions as it seems hard to gain items from customers. If dim and change isn’t changed back I may delete. As no point playing if it’s turned into a have to pay and play. Not why downloaded to play.update now there taking the diamonds that are hard to get by making the game claim them away before you can claim them. Think sadly this is my last day playing this game until they change it back. Update. Sadly I’ve made the decision to delete this game. Because of the new changes. I don’t want to play with other people or invite others. I loved how I could just play on my own not bugging anyone. The changes just didn’t let me grow. So it got boring.

Zero way to contact
I login today and it updates and suddenly I don’t see any of the buttons you need to interact with the UI. Their website is completely in Chinese and even if I translate the site there is no way for someone like me to contact them. Loved the game up until now.
Report bug
There should be a way to report bugs in the game since the website is written in Chinese and translators don’t work on the website to help navigate it. Two of my staff members have been stuck in the same spot since the update and I have no way of reporting it.
Fix
Version 5.6.0 is buggy, when entering the lobby and outside, the buttons on the screen suddenly disappear and this is the update that I just updated, I think the game should improve the error check before publishing an update, moreover, I really like the game because the game is very relaxing and the graphics are cute and beautiful

Update Problems
With the new update, any time I close out of the app, it loses all my data. I’m not going to keep playing just to keep starting over on the same day.

Bad !! I paid for ad free but it still forced me to watch ads. Tried refreshing many times it’s not working and no way to contact them.
Love the game but…
I love this game. The game is super addictive but for some reason one day I logged in the game and it was no longer my account. I was originally a bronze 2 and it jumped to silver 3 for some reason. I can’t even find my previous saved . So I gave up on the game. Great game though
