Make an android version!
Why haven’t you built an android version yet? We spend 6 figures for your hand and it’s neutered because you force us to use iOS! Apple phones are garbage! Do you care at all about your customers? I don’t care that you’re going through a parent transition! I helped with one of your “improvement surveys” over a year ago, and the main request was for an android version, and there has yet to be anything done. What’s going on? Did you just delete those results? Fix it please!

Disconnects on i-limb ultra
Hello Ossur/touch bionics team. Please contact me for assistance with the app. Looking to address connection issues with app disconnecting and unable to reconnect after frequent power cycles. Also looking for updated gestures and grips

Pros, the app works goods I like the way you have many ways to position it cons- they need to make the low battery sound louder and make it so we can change the tone like with cell phones that would great. Con- when they do up dates some times they take away some of the features they I liked,

Poor Bluetooth connection
Takes nearly 20 seconds to connect, and disconnects the second you click away from the app. Renders the app basically useless.
Also lacking some of the controls found in the prosthetist version, which is weird and frustrating.

Works great most of the time.
The app works great & is needed for changing the settings on my i-limb quantum. Sometimes the app looses connection with the hand. The Apple Watch looses connection with the app and the hand needs to be turned off and on in order to reestablish connection.
I would like to see some improvements. On the Apple Watch-display the name of the custom grips. On the iPhone widget- display the name of the custom grip as well.
