Thought I would spend the starter pack which said it went through and then got nothing. Tried to reload the game and still nothing. Was charged three times with no starter pack. This game is doomed to fail.

Hello! Did you go to a new prestige level? This is a common thing in idle games: prestige makes everything start over with the increased speed of earning money. Please read a description before tapping!
