Total Garbage
Won’t even completely open for me, just displays the splash page then self-minimizes, and every attempt to maximize it meets with the same response until the app ultimately shuts down.

I’m not sure how this app has even a 3.8 rating because all the reviews I’m reading give the app 1-2 stars. I wish it worked as it as intended. It could be a great app but instead is very frustrating and ultimately useless. Major glitches! When I try to look at the weekly ad or coupons, it flashes and takes me back to the home page. I don’t understand the purpose of offering a useless app. Is anyone able to actually use it?!

Never takes off my clipped coupons at the register

Can we please go back to before the update? It won’t let me pinch to zoom so you can’t see the smaller writing (I’m 32, eyes aren’t bad yet), there are more tabs you press to get to the weekly ad rather than just at the bottom of the screen, the ad is apparently very sensitive so it’s easy to click something while scrolling, you can’t search the coupons now????? I shopped weekly here and now the app aggravates me so I just go to dollar general.

Does not include the IGA store near me. And I don't like apps that automatically sign me out.

Please add the store in Lexington, Ky to your app so I can use it.
Location is BROKEN
App insists closest Iva is hundreds of miles away even though I know the is a store just 10 minutes from me. It shows my proper location on the map, but will not show stores in my state. TOTAL GARBAGE !
Extremely Limited App
Loaded the new app only to not find any of the 3 stores in my area in New York, completely useless…
Account not recognized at checkout
“My Store” as selected on app doesn’t recognize my phone number at checkout & cashier must call customer service to enter clipped coupons manually. This is an inconvenience for me & staff! There is no customer service phone number or “contact us” button on the app.

It doesn’t allow you to create an account without a phone number, which you don’t have an option to give.
“Clipping” coupons takes a really long time
When you “clip” a coupon it takes a really long time for the page to load after you clip each coupon making the process very cumbersome

I live 1 mile from an IGA in Georgia. This app can not locate ANY IGA stores in Georgia. I already have an IGA account and order groceries online, using an app sounded easier than logging in to the website.... NOPE. This app can not locate my local store, doesn’t recognize my current account, etc. worthless

User “unfriendly”
Several times I have tried to clip coupons and I get a message saying there are no coupons to clip. Very user “unfriendly” app.

There is an IGA store a quarter mile from my home and the app doesn’t even show there is an IGA in my state.
