No support
I’ve been keeping track of all my immunizations on this app for my family. Now it won’t open. I would pay to have it but I don’t even have that option. Stupid me that I didn’t keep a paper trail. The support app also doesn’t open. Lost all my records. I’m afraid to delete and reinstall because I’m hoping somehow I can open it.

No vaccine data
This is an extremely simple database entry app. It does not contain CDC recommendations, dosages, schedules, or anything else. It’s essentially a glorified spreadsheet

Would have given it 5-stars, but only allows 7 entries. Upgrade allows additional people (profiles) but doesn't mention entries per person
Leaves a few things to be desired
App education page is supposed to give you information on the recommended vaccine schedule. For the adults portion, the type is small so much that you cant read some of it and the app will not let you go into landscape mode to increase readability. Its like browsing to a page that is not designed for mobile devices, which is nuts since this is a mobile app. Also the links to the CDC website for the vaccines are broken. Will be deleting this.
