Worked pretty well
I recently got a new modem and was instructed to download this app, it worked pretty well a small bump at the beginning but from there it’s been really good and easy to use, way better than some of the other company’s set ups
Useless and frustrating
Just delete the app from the store, it serves no purpose and only brungs frustration. It seemed to work on the first try (had still to open and force close the app a bunch of times) but wasn’t able to update any if the wifi name or passwords. Now the next day impossible to connect to the modem how hard I try, the password seems to have changed for some reason?

Don’t even bother, 1.1 rating tells it all, if you could give a zero star it would be more accurate. As everyone says you can connect anything
Pathetic app
Like everyone else, the app can’t connect to the modem once wifi is established and i can’t update the wifi settings. Absolutely useless.
Useless App
After using the QR code to set up, the app is utterly useless, I had to use the router address and my web browser to setup my tpg modem, Did you just vibe code this and hope for the best?.
Absolute tech rubbish
Can’t connect, and when it did it can’t stay connected or simply crashes. This is 2026 not 1996!
Painful to use
Absolutely awful to use. Regularly disconnects and you need to fully delete the app and redownload to even use it. If you’re going to make it so I need to use an app to set things up, please make the app useable

The app would be brilliant if it worked. Unfortunately Vodafone advise to go to this app and are now associated with something that is TERRIBLE! It simply does not work! ZERO STARS
Doesn’t work
This is a useless app, don’t bother loading it. Connect your devices as per instructed and all it tells you is it can’t connect to anything. Developers need a smack to the side of the head. Lucky it’s free or I would be asking for a refund.
Does not do anything at all
It makes you fill-in the ridiculous default login password on the modem and that’s it. Nothing more happens after that.
I changed my wifi password after my initial login and after that I can’t login to the app saying cannot connect to modem check modem is power on.
Wifi is working with old password so apparently wifi password change from the app wasn’t reflected.

Very clunky
Lots of room for improvement. Every simple function doesn't seem to just work the first few times. Saving manual modem name, fails. Trying skip step, and use the default modem name fails. Updating login password during initial setup fails even though it meets password requirements and has two ticks. Updating login password after keeping the default password during setup just hangs. Force close and it seems to have accepted the new password.
Once finally set up, it seems to be functioning well. However at this point we don’t really need to log in anymore.

Not Functional
The App is supposed to help you manage the WiFi Modem/ Mesh, however it doesn’t work properly. Internet is connect to my phone and still “app cannot connect to modem”.
If you are not a Tech Savvy it helps connecting it correctly, after that not useful.

Would make 0 stars but can’t
Downloaded and tried to use app and does absolutely nothing. Half the time it won’t even pick up my wifi. Delete and re download several times. Once got password inputted and still did nothing what so ever. Never gets past the password page. Supposed to be able to link my mesh to my modem but can’t even do that as this app is useless af! Please Vodafone get you’re own app or at lest one that works period!

Have had it for 20mins and already over it
This app is just another cog in the wheel of “Waste your Time” mechanism.

Useless
This must be one of the worst apps I have ever installed. I had to ring TPG help desk, struggle first with ‘voice recognition’ then a tech guy who was marginally better than the App.

After downloading this app my bank account was hacked with two payments made to Lucid Trading.
