Bad support and not working Location !!!

After installing this app my child location moved in 1 minute from the Canary Islands to Libya and is staying there constantly.

When I tried to connect the support they tell me that this application is only for one country that is Russia.

So why do you put it in Internet and how can GPS work on the one country only.

And why the old version of this application worked correctly

Whatever I do is not important , this is how the watch is working with GPS + new app

The support is not responding and just says wright email to us ...

So that’s the story ...
