Why do the puzzle pieces disappear under the puzzle also the whole puzzle moves. Very frustrating!
Update Made this useless
I used to be able to download puzzle packs, but ever since the updates there’s no option for it anymore.. I tried reporting the problem but it directs you to a website of the developer that’s not even active.

Russian ads
The app is good but it keeps throwing up adverts from Russia for property and most recently a very suspect Russian “Your storage is nearly full. Do you want to clean it? Click here” ad which is typical of a phishing scam. For that I would consider it unsafe to use.

Unable to up-date
Have not been able to up-date to new version and am unable to download new puzzles. Most disappointed.
Awful since update
This is an app I have used for years and loved. It was definitely 5 star now it’s only 2 . I played every day. Now I can hardly bear to play. It’s supposed to be an update but it is so clunky and the sound is awful. I play while listening to an audible book so can’t turn sound off. Please do something or allow us to get the old version back.

I used to play this on a daily basis. I don't bother anymore as it is unplayable. I just updated today as there were minor bugs fixed. Don’t know where, as it is still as unplayable as before!
Latest update disappointing
I normally spend hours playing this game/ app but latest update even with bug fix the game lags, too many ads and trying to get puzzle pieces to match up is near impossible. Wish it would just go back to old version. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
Update has broken most useful feature
I don’t have any problem with the updated look for this app but the snap to grid feature has been broken and no longer works. It’s really useful as without it the game can become a mess and is unnecessarily more difficult to use. Fix that and it’ll be back to five stars

The latest update has ruined a brilliant jigsaw before update 5 star now 1 star. Now looking for another one.

I really loved this game, have played it for ages. No more though - your latest update is dreadful! The pieces are hard to drag off the tray; they don’t slide properly around the board; they are magnified on the tray, which just makes them look less likely to fit in both colour and shape. I could go on. But if the developers have ever used this games in more than 500 pieces, they would know the new version is useless. Don’t alter it for phone use - develop a different version for mobile phones.

Don’t like the way you have changed it preferred the old way .I like to do the edges first but can’t see a button to just give me edges first

The recent update has ruined the game, pieces now overlap. Can not play this anymore 😞

I agree with the other reviewers why change the app. It was better the old why. Please consider going back to the previous version
Ruined!
This was a great app before the update a few days ago. The background colours are dark and dreary and not good for contrast. The pieces don’t fit well, not happy with this format at all. Obviously the developer of this update does not play on this app much!
Very disappointed with updates
Sadly since the app was recently updated, it has not been improved for the better, but much worse. You cannot overlay the puzzle in the centre any longer which is very frustrating. There is little point in updating the app to make it much worse. It used to be an excellent app, but no longer. At least allow users to upload the original app, rather than be stuck with one that doesn’t compare to the previous. If it’s not broken why mend it???

What have you done to this app? It used to be brilliant, now you’ve updated it and it’s rubbish. Why can’t you leave things alone?
Don’t like the update
I enjoyed this game until this update. It’s difficult to use… hard to put a puzzle piece to the puzzle. Jumps around. It’s small. I’ll be looking for a new puzzle game
