Buggy and inaccurate

First of all, the notification badge stays forever even after reviewing and clicking on the message. The messages aren't sent in real time.
It keeps telling me that there's an update when going through App Store. There are no current app updates pending.
Would also like to see chat support or contact within the app.
I also do not see the days that my child are enrolled in.

Doesn’t work

It keeps saying “this feature isn’t supported” and to update the app but no update is available.

Not working

As of the beginning of this LEAD period, certain parts of the My Jumbula app are not working properly. For example, the calendar has not updated to show that my daughter is enrolled in two LEAD clubs during this period. The calendar always says/shows “No Activity,” even though she is actively enrolled in these programs.

I am also receiving notifications on my phone, but when I open the app, the corresponding information is not there, and in some cases the app indicates that I have no notifications at all.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as updating my password, but neither resolved the issue.

This is particularly frustrating because the calendar and notifications are important for keeping track of my daughter’s schedule. I hope these issues can be addressed soon.

Error

Overall great app to keep track of my children’s extracurricular activities! Just an error occurring now that says, “An exception occurred in gRPC request” so unable to see the calendar and notifications.
