Constant Password Issues
Every couple weeks, I get kicked out of my account and my password doesn’t work. Then when I try to reset my password, there’s an “error” and I have to call the library to fix it.
Great App
Love having the Kenosha library in my pocket. The app is more streamlined than the web browser interface for what I typically do online, and it functions well. Thumbs up!
