Cannot edit or cancel bookings. Dry cleaning bookings are saved as cleaning which is confusing. Better to contact the shop directly.

It would be nice to be able to pay through Apple Pay because I don’t feel comfortable leaving my card details in the app.

Storing card details in their system to overcharge customers
We were very happy with having found the pick-up service and book through the app. Unfortunately, two out of three times we used it, they stored our debit card details in their systems and charged an extra load of clothes using our account (on top of what we had already paid) without letting us know. Not an email, a call, nothing. We felt robbed. We only found out through the banking app, called the service, emailed, and they kept saying they would call back, making up excuses, instead of owning their mistake abd simply refund us. I would never trust a company that stores people card details and uses them as they want. Also, there were a few good missing items upon return of laundry! I am vey sorry that this happened and I have to warn others. This is called STEALING.

Very Poor Service
This was advertised as collection and delivery in the North West via yellow pages with the stores location and name. I paid for 2 items to be collected and chose a delivery time also. I received an order confirmation email and was charged. My items have not been collected. I have logged into the app and it says I have placed 0 orders despite having an email confirming my order and I have tried to contact the supplier and heard no response. Would not recommend.
