Useless
Had errors that took weeks to fix, continual problems with “continue” buttons not working or saving progress meaning having to redo all lessons online. Absolutely useless and exasperating. Never use again.

Freezes a lot which means having to do double of the work.
Also need it to work on MacBook Pro asap please - strange that you have it for iPad and iPhone but not MacBooks..?

Login
It constantly says error with login or password even though the same rejected login details by this app opens my company website easily. Repeating the same thing even after deleting and reinstalling. Horrible, still isn’t accepting my login details and I have to complete my e-learning
Irritating and very frustrating
Having hours of e-learning to do I downloaded this app at the request of the company, and how irritating can it get?
It constantly freezes, says it’s lost connection to the server, and fails to log completed elements of the course. I’ve had to leave it running at night to complete a 1hr video that I watched twice in an attempt to get it to register.
When it works, it’s good but the tech designers really need work on it to sort out the glitches it has!

Extremely buggy. Have you test it before publishing it?
Issues and more issues
If you try to download you are unable to do it. Try to view while on cell you will encounter an issue. I don’t recommend the app but is the only app that works with my training.
AirPlay inconsistent
App works well but either make an AppleTV version, or buffer AirPlay better. AirPlay drops during videos every 10-15 minutes.
Why bother?
I can log in to the website if I wanted to watch videos on data. The nearly whole purpose should be so I can download content for offline viewing, which I’m unable to do - the downloads just hang.
Buggy
This app keeps failing. It freezes and requires restarting, loses track of where I am in the course, and gets stuck in edit mode and keeps popping up the keyboard even with no edit fields showing. Poor.
I just want it to work
On the newest iPhone with the latest iOS and apps updated, this app refuses to function correctly on WiFi or cellular data. The UI is nice and its easy to navigate but the videos do not play, even when downloaded.
Decent but needs work
You can seemingly download up to two sessions at a time, which is doable for me, but the downloads work 30% of the time. It doesn’t download consistently. Also, you must start the playback of the download while online, as the class list of downloadable content isn’t available, just a “no connection available” error, which is frustrating. Occasionally I also don’t get “credit” for watching a downloaded session, but I don’t really care about that.
