Are use homeward to manage all of my rental properties it helps me to streamline the rent payment process and makes it easy for my tenants to make payment and submit maintenance request. I have moved from old school checks to Homeword and I can’t be happier it’s literally managed all of my rentals in one place.

Renting in the 21st Century
And on the 8th day, God created Homeward. Gone are the days of walking to my landlord’s apartment to slip a check under the door, wondering if I’m sending my money to the mob...earning cash back on my rent is a huge bonus since I’m paying with a credit card! Can’t wait to see what other features they integrate next. Every apartment building should use this app.
