Loss of Data
Has anyone else had this problem? I have used My Lists for many years and have loved it. I had a massive amount of data stored on both iPhone and iPad that is important to me. I opened the app today on both devices and all my data was gone. There was a small backup file listed for 1-30-22 that I airdropped and saved to files but could find no way to restore it to the app. iOS was updated recently so maybe something happened there.

Recently the app has started locking up and not allowing for input or edits. Please update!!!
I absolutely LOVE this app
There are a million list making apps out there. This one is more of a task manager for me, because your lists can have lists! I make a list for a task I want to complete, then break it down into parts inside the description. That way I can manage the progress of that task all in one place.
I know that description is vague, so here is an example: I have a list called “Workout.” I open it and the list items are “Walking,” “Strength training,” “Nutrition,” etc. Each of the items have lists or notes in the description. So, for example, under “Walking” I have the settings for my treadmill for various programs, while under “Strength training” I have the list of exercises I do. See? Lists of lists.
Did I mention you can add pictures? Sometimes words just aren’t enough. I use it for everything from organizing projects to keeping track of my car maintenance.
I’ve never seen another list making app that organizes my thoughts this way. But, maybe I stopped looking after I found it because it fulfilled all my list making needs. :D

My Lists Update
I’m very disappointed in the layout of the latest updated version. I much preferred seeing the lines between lists. It made it much more tidy looking. When I go to put items in alphabetical order it doesn’t indicate that anything happened after I pressed my choice so I’m never sure it even worked and then keep pressing it again but nothing happens. Why did you change an already good app? Can I please go back to the older version without losing my data?

Problem: The Type screen pops up and stays there without the hide button and then there is no way to see my lists and items underneath the typing pad without shutting down my phone. Very annoying. PLEASE FIX IT!
Ok so I’m getting used to the new update but i really want the delegation lines to be visible AND please consider making a more defined confirmation either visibly or with some kind of tactile buzz when we are trying to sort things from A - B for example, so I don’t have to keep tapping it because I have no idea whether it’s re-ordering or not. PLEASE???

Love But Please Update
I love this app, but now with iOS 13.1.1 the app crashes when I try to open a list. Some lists I have are ok, other crash immediately! 🤔 please help!
I want the old version back
I’ve used this app for more than seven years and have liked it very much but I hate the changes in this update. The list is more difficult to read even in the bigger font mode, bring the separation lines back. I don’t want pretty I want functionally.
Also the pull up menu to change the sorting doesn’t go back down after making a selection so you have to press it again to get it out of the way.

Love the update!
Helped with the original app while working for the company and I still find myself using My Lists to jot down notes and share grocery lists with my spouse. I love the look and feel and it is great to see new original icons.
Where are my lists?
I’ve used this app for years and today I see the “upgrade” but cannot find my years’ worth of lists - just the new “features”. HELP. SURELY I haven’t lost all my date for these “improvements” ! I added a star because it wouldn’t accept the review without one.

Just stopped working
I was using this app with one of my list and I tried to remove the check marks and it would do nothing and then I tried to resort and that wouldn’t work either. I got more to do than hustle with this thing.
Best of its kind
This app is incredible (I know it’s simply a list app but...) Too many apps try to be too much and become difficult to use. My Lists is simple but has a wide variety of points to customize. I have a long list of lists that I use regularly. The only thing that I hope for is an Apple Watch app.
What haspened
Since IOS 10 my shared lists are all over the place in emails. Can you correct this please!

Bleh. Cluttered with emojis
What a messy looking app!
I'm always searching for a checklists app as versatile as ToDoMatrix was (it's deceased, sadly). I would prefer a clean layout that would allow me simply to make reusable checklists, easily activate, or make visible the items I want and then disappear then back to the checklist as I check them off. This does some of that but it's as messy as a teenagers room and equally off-putting.
I wish there were a way to try different list apps without having them in my list of purchases forever. Oh me, life is so hard...

Time to update, guys!
I'm a fan of this app, but I would pay money to have it work in the cloud and a desktop version. Think about it, gentleman. Let's go!! Don't make me go elsewhere!!!
Was fantastic for a while
I've used this app for more than a year, maybe two, for the most part it's been great, nice and simple, no fancy crap I don't need.
But now, perhaps after an update, I can no longer alphabetically sort my lists. It's very frustrating and has me looking for a new app. However all the new ones seem to have all those unnecessary bells and whistles that cause clutter.
I wish this would get fixed but I've been waiting for an update for a while now.
I don't want to delete and reinstall because I'll loose all my data, and who knows if it will even work then.

Ideal
I have used this app for years now, and I have to say that it is perfect. Unlike so many other apps out there (including Apple's own), this is an extremely stable app. It has hardly needed any updates at all.
It is simple and easy to set up and use. I utilize it daily and for all kinds of to-do items as well as shopping lists.

Using since iPhone 3GS
I have been using this app since I bought my original iPhone 3GS. Works perfectly and the icons and images are a great feature for making lists more fun. Pro tip: make a list of people and images before an interview!
