No good
Have not been able to get this app working in the last 2 years. I can log in but that’s all. It won’t recognise my router from the qr code or even if I manually input the details. Very disappointing.
App restrictions no longer working
App has been fantastic. Updated it and no longer allows me to add a an application to be blocked under the restrictions section, just comes up with an app connection error. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

Good app patchy service
Great App if you have Lit fibre installed, but the service has been patchy to say the least with occasional dropouts and slowdowns, shame, as generally good and fast just not 100% reliable

Overrated and soon to be over priced UK broadband
Don’t believe the hype. Impressive uploads and pretty standard downloads. Very poor modem with very limited Ethernet connection. Only has two Ethernet ports. Will be leaving before their next price hike.
Just what we needed
As if Lit Fibre broadband wasn’t ‘enough’ already, they go and develop this amazing little app interface to give me supreme control over my Lit home network and Wi-Fi… boom! My Lit Fibre app…
